Small, online only, and seven days a week

There is no showroom and no counter, so the team is the people who choose the range, answer the email and get the parcels out. Orders are picked and handled within 24 to 48 hours, and support runs seven days a week.

What we spend our time on

Mostly two things. Choosing what to stock, which on this shop means saying no to a great deal more than we say yes to: we sell three products and we do not carry metal picks, curettes or suction devices at any price.

And answering questions, which on an ear care shop are often about whether a product will do something it will not. We would rather tell you that before you buy than after.
