Where we deliver

We deliver right across Australia, including Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, the Gold Coast, Canberra, Newcastle, Wollongong, Hobart and Darwin, Cardiff, Belfast, Nottingham and Newcastle upon Tyne. Delivery times are the same wherever you are in the country: 5 to 7 days once your order has been handled.

What delivery costs

Delivery is free on orders of $75 or more. Below that, a flat $27.50 delivery charge applies. The charge is shown in your basket before you pay, so there is nothing added at the last step.

Express delivery

Every order currently goes by the same tracked standard service.

The old WordPress checkout used to charge extra for a faster-sounding upgrade, and we have taken that down rather than keep charging for something we cannot describe. The carrier gives us no separate transit time for it and we are not going to invent one. When we can say it honestly it will come back.

How long it takes

Orders are handled and packed within 24 to 48 hours. Delivery then takes 5 to 7 days. Allow about a week from placing your order to it arriving.

Tracking

Every order is sent tracked. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has actually shipped, which is normally 24 to 48 hours after you order. We do not receive a tracking code before the parcel is collected, so there is nothing to send you before then.

Once you have your tracking number you can follow the parcel on our order tracking page.

Separate parcels

For practical reasons, items in the same order may be sent in more than one parcel and may arrive on different days. If you have received part of an order and are unsure about the rest, email us and we will check it for you.
